| 内容提要 | 20世纪90年代以来，随着中国梯度对外开放战略的实施，中国经济增长的地区差距持续扩大，其中，与外商在华直接投资迅猛发展紧密联系的对外贸易是引致中国地区经济增长差距的重要原因之一。本文运用倾向得分匹配法评估贸易开放度高低对省际人均实际产出（GDP）的影响。研究发现，在1981-2007年间，从全部样本省区来看，贸易开放度较高省区的人均GDP与比贸易开放度较低省区的平均要高125—197元，约占样本实际人均GDP的6.1%—9.6%。从贸易开放度较高的省区中随机地挑选一个省区，这个省区的实际人均GDP与假定该省区贸易开放度较低时平均要高856.9—900元，约占样本实际人均GDP的39%—43%。承接东部产业转移、扩大内需、减少对海外市场的依赖和加强基础设施建设有利于中西部地区扩大和深化对外贸易，进而减小经济增长的地区差距。 |
| Abstract | Since the 1990s, regional disparities have continued to widen in China, trade openness is an important factor inducing regional disparities in China. This paper uses propensity score matching to evaluate the impact of trade openness on the provincial real output per capita. The study finds that in the 1981-2007, in terms of all the sample provinces, GDP per capita in the provinces with the higher degree of trade openness is on average higher 125-197 Yuan than that in the provinces with the lower degree of trade openness, 125-197 Yuan accounting for the 6.1% -9.6% of sample average real GDP per capita. Chosen randomly from the provinces of higher trade openness, GDP per capita in the province is higher 856.9-900 Yuan than that of this province assumed to be the lower trade openness, 856.9-900 Yuan accounting for 39% -43% of sample average of real GDP per capita. Measures such as retaining industries transfer from the east costal provinces, reducing the degree of dependence on the external foreign market and enlarge the domestic consumption, improving the infrastructure can make the inland provinces increase and intensify their trade, which helps reduce the regional disparities. |
