| 内容提要 | 布坎南和图洛克在他们的代表作《同意的计算》一书中，提出了公共选择理论中两个饱受争议的核心要素——“交易的政治理论”和“一致同意规则”。本文尝试从“布坎南悖论”着手，转换视角来重新审视这两个要素。我们的分析立足于布坎南和图洛克原初的立宪选择模型。通过对该模型的逻辑演绎，我们可以从“霍布斯解”推出“洛克解”，并由此发现一致同意规则背后蕴涵的规范价值，以及交易的政治理论对于社会科学分析的启示。 |
| Abstract | In The Calculus of Consent, James M. Buchanan and Gordon Tullock presented two essential elements of the public choice theory, which are also highly controversial, one is politics as exchange; the other is the rule of unanimity. In this article, we are going to review these two elements from are different point of view. By analyzing the Buchanan’s Paradox, which was presented in The Calculus of Consent, we can deduce Locke’s solution from Hobbes’s solution, and solve the paradox. Then we will found the normative value implicated by the rule of unanimity, and understand the true meaning of politics as exchange. |
