The researches of Law and Economics at previous forums were basically the introduction of law achievements from The United States of America, but the concern about the basic theory of law and economics in this forum moved significantly towards thinking the basic theories of law and economics from the perspective of China's major issues, which showed a certain trend in the basic theory of localization.

VI, Judicial Process

The economic analysis of the judicial process is the traditional area of law and economics. Judicial reform is not only the main task of the judicial system, but the focus of community attention. However, analysis in the field of Law and Economics is not sufficient yet and need to be further strengthened.
