AbstractBased on UNDATA, this paper analyzes the structural evolution patterns and the structural difference between developed countries and less developed countries. In such circumstances, the problem of resource mismatch in developing countries is presented. The labor productivity of tertiary industry is above that of second industry in developed countries, whereas in developing countries the opposite has been appearing. So, the problem of resource mismatch appears when scale of service sector expands blindly under the guidance of Kuznetsian law.
