AbstractThis paper examines influencing factors of traceability information’s transfer by information delivery person (household or enterprise), using the methods of experimental economics. Experimental results show that: Firstly, because of people’s social preferences, information delivery person would transfer a certain amount of traceability information under the environment which is lack of supervision. Secondly, Professional institute’s supervision can restrain information delivery person's moral hazard behavior, and improve person's enthusiasm of traceability information's transfer. The better professional institute’s supervision is, the more traceability information that information delivery person transfers.
